These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including purchases of fishing tackle such as jigs, spoons, lures, plastics, line, and scents. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with the updated effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. Use of Our Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our site.
  • You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including California consumer protection laws.

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
  • Prices are in USD and exclude taxes and shipping, which will be added at checkout.

  • We accept major credit cards and other methods via Shopify Payments.
  • Payment is due at the time of order. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays due to carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  • All content on our site, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by California Fish Plants or our licensors and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.
