Shipping Methods and Costs
- We ship primarily within the United States using carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selected based on order size, weight, and destination.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order's weight, dimensions, and delivery address. We do not offer flat-rate shipping unless specified in promotions.
- Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain threshold (e.g., $50), as indicated during checkout or promotions.
- Expedited shipping options (e.g., 2-day or overnight) are available at an additional cost.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Standard domestic shipping (within the contiguous U.S.) takes 3-7 business days from the ship date.
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may take 5-10 business days.
- We do not guarantee delivery dates, as delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods. Estimated times are provided at checkout.
- International shipping is not currently offered. If you are outside the U.S., please contact us for potential arrangements.
Tracking and Confirmation
- All shipments include a tracking number, sent via email once the order ships.
- You can track your order through the carrier's website using the provided number.
- We recommend monitoring your shipment to ensure timely delivery.
Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact the carrier first with your tracking number to file a claim.
- For assistance, email us at hello@californiafishplants.com with your order number, tracking details, and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier on your behalf but are not liable for carrier errors.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will reship at your expense or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
- Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is delivered to the carrier.
Address Accuracy and Changes
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.
- Address changes after order placement may not be possible; contact us immediately if needed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (If Applicable)
